Early/late run through Schedule

  So that each cast will get a full run through every week from now until we perform, we are extending the time of rehearsal.  However, your children are not required to be here for the entire length of rehearsal.  Depending on whether their cast is doing the early or late run-through, they can leave early or come late.  They will alternate every week.  The full length of the rehearsal is from 4-7= but if we find we don't need that much time we will reduce it.  As of now we are calling the early group from 4-6, and the late group from 5-7.  Here is the schedule.

Week of may 3-  Cast A early-    Cast B late.
Week of may 10- Cast B early-   Cast A late
Week of may 17 Cast A early-   Cast B late

Week of may 24 *** this is the week of the extra rehearsals!!!

Tuesday class-
Tuesday 5/25 Cast B early -Cast A late
Thursday 5/27 Cast A early- Cast B late

Wednesday class

Monday 5/24 Cast B early- Cast A late
Wednesday 5/26 Cast A early- Cast B late

Week of May 31 (june 1st last week before show)
    cast B early- Cast A late


The first cast will come as soon as they can after school to start getting ready with mics (then costumes once we start.)  We will likely start the run by 4:15 or 4:30.  The second cast should be coming in to see the end of the run and the notes.  During the notes the second cast is getting ready for their run, which starts by 5:30 or 5:45.  The show runs about an hour.
